This Custom 925 Heavy Skinner was actually made by Buck Knives, Inc. in
El Cajon, California. The blade is of heat-treated Damascus stainless steel;
stamped "Buck Custom USA" on the side of the ricasso; and the serial number
"0080" engraved on it. The handle is fitted with a nickel silver guard, and the
handle material is of PREHISTORIC MASTADON IVORY from a tusk found
in an Alaskan gold mine and believed to be over 20,000 years old. It is enhanced
with an impressive scrimshaw of a cow and bull moose scene done by
Dale Fisk of Council, Idaho. LETTER OF AUTHENTICITY dated 1989
by Charles T. Buck, President. Comes with walnut case, glass top & leathersheath.
